Create Hope in The World - District Conference 2024
March is here, and it signals the start of Spring. Spring typically brings us a sense of Hope as the days get longer and warmer. Our Rotary theme this year is “Create Hope in the World.” As Rotarians, we do this through our seven areas of focus:
  • Peace Building & Conflict Prevention
  • Basic Education & Literacy
  • Disease Prevention & Treatment
  • Water Sanitation & Hygiene
  • Community & Economic Development
  • Maternal & Child Health
  • Protecting the Environment
Think about your club and the impact you create in your local community and regional and global projects. Think about your projects and what areas of focus they address. As a club, are you having vibrant discussions about how your club is “Creating Hope in the World”? Some clubs in our district focus on a few of the areas of focus, while others address a broader focus. There is no one-size-fits-all as our clubs continue to make a difference in our communities. Throughout District 5400 incredible projects are happening both locally and globally. We truly have clubs that are “Creating Hope in the World”.

Please join us at the District 5400 celebration, “Creating Hope in the World,” on April 26th -27th, 2024. The event will be at the Riverside Hotel, and the opening ceremony will be held at 11:30 am on Friday!
